Born in Tokyo. Graduated from Musashino Art University. Trained at the Tochigi Prefecture Ceramics Research Institute. Went independent in 1975. Selected for the Japan Traditional Crafts Exhibition, others. Primarily focused on inlay, blue-white porcelain, and red-painted porcelain.
