Born in Seto. Active as a member of the Seto Ceramic Society. Awarded many prizes at Nitten and purchased by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Governor’s Prize, Asahi Ceramic Art Exhibition. Chunichi Newspaper Prize at the Ceramic Art Exhibition. City Exhibition, Mainichi Newspaper Award, etc. Selected and awarded at the Japan Modern Art Exhibition, the Contemporary Japan Ceramic Exhibition, the Seto Export Ceramic Promotion Exhibition, the Central Japan Art Exhibition, the National Ceramic Exhibition, and the Kansai Art Exhibition. Permanent collection of the Metropolitan Museum.
