His real name is Hajime. Born in Isahaya, Nagasaki prefecture. His work was selected for the Nitten exhibition in 1957 for his first time, and since then he has been a member of the exhibition’s association. He was awarded a special prize at the Kyushu New Craft Exhibition. Awarded the Minister of International Trade and Industry Prize at the Kyushu-Yamaguchi Exhibition. Member of the Japan New Craft Exhibition. Saga Prefecture Art and Culture Award. Selected for the Japan Traditional Craft Exhibition and others. Director, Prefectural Ceramic Society. Vice-chairman of the Takeo Ceramic Association. Blue and white porcelain, underglaze red painting.
