In 1980, he succeeded as the 12th head of the Takatori Pottery family. With the support of Somei and Sokei of the Enshu school, Seizan the 11th helped his father Fuki, Takatori the 10th to revive Takatori ware after the war. Since then, he has inherited the Enshu Takatori ware and Old Takatori style. His works have been selected for the Japan Traditional Craft Exhibition and others. Solo exhibitions at Nihonbashi Mitsukoshi Department Store and others.
