Born in Hokkaido. Completed Asahikawa Pottery Training Institute. In 1963, he joined the Asahikawa Pottery Guidance Center and served as the director. Later established Keibo Kiln. Won a prize at the Hokkaido Exhibition. Focused on crystal glaze.
