Born in Osaka. Graduated from Osaka University of Arts, majoring in ceramics. Worked as a deputy in a laboratory at Osaka University of Arts from 1982 to 1985, and later became independent. Selected for the Asahi Ceramic Art Exhibition, the Asahi Contemporary Craft Exhibition, and the Women’s Ceramic Art Exhibition. First solo exhibition at Gallery Haku, Osaka. Two-person exhibition at Parergon II, Kanda, Tokyo.
