The founder of Kanaiso Pottery in the Komatsu Island of Tokushima Prefecture was his great-grandfather Sotaro. In the tradition of the pottery family, he produces celadon, Mishima, and ash glaze. Studied under Deguchi Naohi, Sato Kimie, and Takahashi Kazusaburo.
