Born in Hyogo Prefecture, he studied at the University of Paris for four and a half years from 1969. During that time, he was attracted to the world of art. After returning to Japan, he searched for a way to express himself and found the world of ceramics. He taught himself pottery techniques and built a kiln in 1982. Solo exhibitions throughout Japan. No affiliation. Focuses on multi-layered glaze works with a compressor.
