Born in Kumayama-cho. Graduated from Shizuoka University. After working as a teacher, he decided to study ceramics under Isezaki Jun. Selected for the Japan Ceramic Art Exhibition and Chunichi International Exhibition. Solo exhibitions at Shizuoka Matsuzakaya, Kobe Harishin, Okayama Hall, Ginza Matsuya and others. He pursues Bizen Pottery with the impact of creativity, mainly in ceramic carving and parapet.
