In 1971, he moved to the United States to study avant-garde ceramics. He won the silver medal at the International Exhibition of Contemporary Ceramics. Exhibited at Expo ’70, Contemporary International Sculpture Exhibition, and Yaromaika ’76. He was awarded the Honorable Mention at the Chozo Prize Ceramic Art Exhibition, the Chozo Prize, and other prizes.
