Born in Kurashiki City. Runs a pottery clay factory and pottery classes in Tamano, Okayama Prefecture. Studied Raku ware under Maki Keishu (1935- ) at the Oushouji Kiln in Kanonji City. Selected for the All Kansai Exhibition, Okayama Prefectural Exhibition, and Traditional Craft East Chugoku Branch Exhibition. Solo exhibition at Asuka, Okayama.
