Sakata Yoshihito 坂田佳仁

1948-maleIn 1973, studied at the Koishiwara pottery kiln in Asakura-gun, the traditional site of Kyusyu folk pottery, and studied under Kajiwara Fujinori. In 1976, he opened his own kiln. He pursued the earthy taste of Jomon period, Yayoi period, and Sue ware, and stimulating abstract designs.
