Graduated from Hosei University. Studied under his father Zuiho. Won the Exhibition of New Works of Traditional Crafts Asahi Newspaper Award, Yamaguchi Prefectural Art Culture Promotion Honorable Mention, and other awards. Selected for the Japan Traditional Craft Art Exhibition numerous times. Held private exhibitions at the Mitsukoshi in Nihombashi and the Daimaru in Kyoto. Created tea bowls with a focus on Hagi ware that changes in the kiln. Official member of the Japan Craft Art Association.
