Built the kiln in Soka City, Saitama Prefecture in 1974. Served as director of the Prefectural Ceramic Artists Association. Moved to Chiba prefecture in 1983. Selected for the Japan Traditional Craft Exhibition, Japan Ceramic Art Exhibition, and others. Solo exhibitions at Sapporo, Sendai, Niigata Mitsukoshi and others. His works are mainly decorative accessories, inlay, and powder glaze.
