Graduated from Arita High School. Studied under Momoda Shinichi and Okugawa Tadaemon. Highly rated large spinning lathe abilities. Selected for the Issuikai Exhibition, Nitten Exhibition, Japan Modern Craft Art Exhibition, Japan Traditional Craft Art Exhibition, and other exhibition. Held private exhibitions at the Mitsukoshi in Nihombashi, Nissay Theatre in Hibiya, and other venues.
