After studying under Kaneshige Kosuke, fired the first works in his kiln in 1991. Presented works at private exhibitions, with a focus on the Ginza Kuroda Touen gallery.
Presented Ikkaku Kun, the comical painted Bizen figurines, as a new work and has received more and more recognition as an unconventional Bizen ware artist.
