Studied under Hirado Shozan kiln. Began to hold the brush for producing Hirado Sometsuke ware such as Karakoe and Kusabana patterns.

Held a solo exhibition at the Nihombashi Takashimaya Department Store.

Won a prize at the Nagasaki Ceramics Exhibition for a set of goldfish painted underglaze blue and white flat lids.
Won first prize at the Kyushu-Yamaguchi Ceramics Exhibition for “Nagarezui Naburi Bowl”.
