From Kanazawa City. Real name is Sadako. Started making pottery in 1955. Has been selected for and won prizes at the Kofukai Exhibition, the Ishikawa Prefecture Modern Art Exhibition, the City Exhibition, and the Women’s Ceramics Exhibition. Has held solo exhibitions at Yokohama Takashimaya, Tokyo Daimaru, Toyama Prefecture Public Hall, etc. Focuses on ame glaze and black Raku Ohi tea bowls.
