From Hyogo Prefecture. Graduated from Hyogo Teaching School and taught afterwards. Used ceramics in learning and learned from Ikuta Kazutaka, Koyama Kiyoko, and Minamiban. Set up a studio and a ceramics classroom in 1973. Lecturer at the Amagasaki City Ceramics Classroom. Member of the Amagasaki Craft and Culture Association. Chairperson of the Toenkai Association.
