Born in Kumamoto City. In 1979, she was selected for the first time to exhibit at the Women’s Ceramic Art Exhibition. Since then, she has received the Kyoto Prefectural Governor’s Award and is a regular member. Presides over a pottery school. Her works include Karatsu, Mishima in the style of the Joseon Dynasty, brushwork, and inlay.
