From Shimane Prefecture. Studied under Ito Kosho in 1974. Became independent in 1977. Selected for the Exhibition of New Works of Traditional Craft Art, Japan Traditional Craft Art Exhibition, and Japan Ceramic Craft Exhibition. Official Member of the Japan Craft Art Society. Works focus on Kayame, Tetsue, and Nukie.
