From Tokoname, Aichi. Studied under Miyanohara Ken. Won the Chunichi International Exhibition of Ceramic Arts Chunichi Grand Prize. Won the Vallauris International Exhibition Silver Award and other awards. Selected for the Asahi Ceramic Exhibition, Choza Prize Ceramic Exhibition, Japan Ceramic Art Exhibition, and other exhibitions. Held private exhibitions at Gallery Gen in Tokyo, Seibu in Ikebukuro, and other venues. Works focus on avant garde art and tile walls.
