Graduated from the Kutani Ceramic Training School as a student of Kutani ware from Ishikawa Prefecture. Studied under Nakamura Suiko, Tokuda Yasokichi, and Taka Togaku. Selected for the Tokokai Association National Exhibition, and a member of the association. Selected for the Japanese Traditional Craft Art Exhibition and other exhibitions. Member of the Japan Craft Art Association Ishikawa Branch. Works focus on overglaze decorations, blue and white pottery, Tenmoku, and gold foil under the glaze.
