He started full-fledged creation in 1970 and has presented in his works at various open-recruitment exhibitions such as the Japan Traditional Crafts Exhibition, the Japan Ceramics Exhibition, Chunichi International Ceramics Exhibition, the Tokai Ceramics Exhibition, the Asahi Ceramics Exhibition, and others. He held his first solo exhibition in 1976 and has held them repeatedly since then.
