From Yokosuka. Studied under Iwabuchi Shigeya in Kyoto. Started the Minami kiln in 1980. Won the Kanagawa Prefectural Exhibition Honorable Mention Award. Selected for the Exhibition of New Works of Traditional Craft Art, Japan Ceramic Art Exhibition, Shinsho Craft Art Exhibition, and other exhibitions. Exhibited at the Osaka Mitsukoshi Yuyu Association Exhibition and Sapporo Mitsukoshi Yuyu Association Exhibition.
