From Hitachi. After working at the Hitachi’s Omika Works and Mashiko Ware Tsukamoto Pottery Factory, became independent in 1971. Studied under Takeuchi Akira and Kamoda Shoji. Selected for the Japanese Traditional Craft Art Exhibition. Works focus on slipware and Hai-yu ash glaze. Official member of the Japan Craft Art Association.
