Studied under Aiko Fumio at an unknown kiln in Zushi. Became independent in 1977. Made ceramics at the Shofu kiln and Kanedake kiln. Created tableware and teacups using yakishime, Hai-yu ash glaze, brush strokes, and Jun ware styles. Bold style. Mainly held private exhibitions.
