As known as Bunshichi the 2nd. Dropped out of Kanazawa Art College. Studied Ohi-yaki pottery under Bunshichi. and succeeded to Kasugayama kiln in 1972. In 1979, he built a cellar Kiln in Shihbo-machi to pursue the natural glaze and his new-style modeling. Solo exhibitions at Kanazawa Saikawa Gallery, Meitetsu, Osaka Kintetsu, Tokyo Akasaka Gen, Shinjuku Isetan, Odakyu, Keio, and others.
