Abou is a self-educated pottery artist who also created his own kiln and set it up in the yard of his own home.
Abou mostly creates practical pottery pieces such as tea bowls, sake ware, and tableware in the yakishime style, as well as worshipping pieces and ornaments such as jizo statues and doso-shin statues.
