Took over as the 4th generation head of the Tsutsumi-ware kiln that dates back to the early Edo period. Carried on the traditions of master craftsman Miura Kenya from the Bakumatsu era at the end of the Edo period. Warmly-received Urasenke style. Member, judge, etc. of Sankikai.
