1996 Graduated from Kyoto University, Faculty of Agriculture, studied under Yoshida Akira

2005 Became independent in Minami-Izu Town, Kamo-gun, Shizuoka Prefecture

2012 Completed a split bamboo climbing kiln, held first solo exhibition at Flame Color Field, and since then held solo exhibitions in various locations.

After graduating from Kyoto University, he became fascinated with old pottery and studied under the late Yoshida Akira, famous for his Yi Dynasty pottery. Currently, he has built a split bamboo climbing kiln in Minami-Izu, where he continues to work in the style of his teacher, focusing on porcelain ware in the “powder blue” style.
