1948-malefujina potteryBorn in Matsue city, Shimane. Was attracted to the Minto Fujina-ware around the Sanin area, and became an apprentice to Funaki Kenji. Completed the Prefectural Industrial Examination. Became independent in 1975 at a county in the Shimane prefecture. Moved to Hokkaido in 1979 and spent two years there.
