Also know as Eguchi Shuzan the 3rd. He inherited the Nagasaki sansei from his father, Shuzan. After researching glazes at the Tajimi City Pottery Design and Technical Center, he studied under Tokuda Masahiko and Imaizumi Imaemon. His works were selected for exhibitions such as the Japan Traditional Craft Exhibition. He opened a solo exhibition in Seibu Shibuya and held the Nagoya Mitsukoshi Father-and-Son Exhibition. He was a full-time member of the Japan Kogei Association.
