Graduated Kyoto University of Art. He joined the Okamitoen in Hitachi city. He created his kiln Ikeda city, Osaka in 1969. Won awards such as the Shinsyo-kogei-kai honorary mention and Tomimoto Award. A member of the Shinsyoukouheikai. Published “An Introduction in Ceramic Art” (Bunken Publishing).
