1926-maleBorn in Taiwan. Returned to his mother’s home on the Naeshiro River in Kagoshima after the end of the Second World War. Studied the Kurosatsuma striking technique under his grandfather Tanaka Ryusei. 1924 – ?maleBorn in Takenotsuka ,Tokyo. Second generation heir of the Kinjiro name. Graduated from the oil painting department of a fine arts school in 1944. Later worked at Bunka Gakuin and studied abroad in France, China and India, where he learned about porcelain and other ceramics. After returning to Japan, became a lecturer at Atomi Gakuen Junior College. Established the Akikokai after working for Nitten, Nikka, Taiheikai, Kofukai, Aokikai. Recipient of Tokyo Metropolitan Chairman’s Award, Aki Kokai Award, Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries Award, others.
