He was born in Tateyama City, Chiba Prefecture, and studied under Sugie Junpei in Tokoname. Awarded the Gold Prize in the International Ceramics Competition. Newcomer’s Award and Honorable Mention at the Modern Art Exhibition. Silver Prize at the Barolis International Exhibition. Selected for the Chunichi International Exhibition and Asahi Ceramic Art Exhibition. Solo exhibitions at the Nihonbashi Tokyu and other venues. Mainly working on ceramic walls and vases, etc.
