Johachi, the purveyor of Todo Takasada, the feudal lord of the Meiwa clan, was the first potter of the kiln. He is the eighth generation to inherit the style of Iga ware. Awarded a prize at the Mie Prefectural Exhibition. Awarded the Gold Prize at the Political and Business World Art Salon Exhibition. Made mainly flower pottery and vases.
