From Toyama Prefecture. Decided to pursue pottery in 1976. Set up a kiln independently in 1982. Has been selected for the Women’s Ceramics Exhibition, won the Kyoto Governor’s Prize, etc. Member of said association. Selected for the prefectural exhibition. Has held solo exhibitions every year since 1983. Focuses on objects of art.
