Born in Futsukaichi-cho, Hiroshima Prefecture. Studied at the Ishii Sohin Painting School, Chuo Bijutsu Gakuen, and the Hiroshima Institute of Sculpture. Studied under Nishikawa Seisui and Yoshika Taibi. Selected for the Nitten exhibition for the first time in 1960. Selected for the first time at the Nitten, purchased by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, commissioned by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, exemption of examination, a judge, and a member of the Jury.
