From Kyoto. Graduated from Rakuhoku High School. Trained at the Kyoto Industrial Research Institute and Pottery Training Center. Studied under Yamada Hikaru. Set up independently in 1974. Participated in the New Potters’ Association from 1970 until its dissolution in 1981. His works have been exhibited in the Kyoto Craft Exhibition. Affiliated with Cladetum Kyoto.
