From Osaka. Graduated from Jiyu Gakuen. Studied under Tomimoto Kenkichi. Received the Association Prize for New Artisans and the Member Effort Prize; left the association in 1976. Participated in the founding of the Women’s Association of Ceramic Art in 1957. Professor at Tezukayama College. Focuses on 3D modeling.
