Trained at the Kyoto Ceramic Training Institute. Studied under his father Tameji. Selected for the Nitten Exhibition, New Craft Art Exhibition, and numerous other exhibitions. Held private exhibition at the Mistukoshi in Osaka, the Sugiura in Kyoto, and other venues. Member of the Kyoto Prefectural Craft Art Society and the New Craft Art Kinki Society. Fellow Member of the New Craft Art Society. Works mainly focus on Mishimade.
