Graduated from Okayama University in 1966 and later studied under his father Kinzo. Selected for the Nitten Exhibition, Japan Sculpture Exhibition, and other exhibitions and won awards. Held a father and son exhibition at the Mitsukoshi in Nihombashi and other private exhibitions. Thrived through celadon, Dehua porcelain, changes in the kiln, painted porcelain, and various other techniques.
