1994 Graduated from Tokyo City University (former Musashi Institute of Technology)
1996 Graduated from Okayama Prefectural Bizen Ceramic Art Center
Trained under his father, Matono Motomu
2008 Selected for the 59th Okayama Prefecture Art Exhibition
2010 Selected for the 25th National Cultural Festival Okayama 2010
2011 First time to climb the kiln for the third time as Yudachi Kiln
2012 Invited by potters Shozo Michikawa and Patricia Cassone to participate in a workshop in France from building to firing underground cellar kiln (anagama), and accepted a request from EcoMuseѐ de la Tuilerie de Pouligny to restore an underground cellar kiln.
Founded Anagama de Bizen and built a cellar kiln in his house for the first time.
2013 Built a cellar kiln in France and fired it twice. Lectures at the Japanese Pavilion of the International University City of Paris and at the Musee National de la Ceramique Adrienne Dubouchet
2014 Fired in two locations in France
2015 Lecture at Okayama University. Lecture in Paris at the invitation of Nanterre University and Sorbonne University.
2017 Part-time lecturer at Okayama Prefectural Toubi Support School, High School Ceramics Department since 2017
