Studied under the late Yamamoto Toshu (Living National Treasure) and Yamamoto Yuichi (Prefectural Intangible Cultural Asset)
2008 Okayama Prefecture Art Exhibition, Sanyo Newspaper Company Prize
Awarded the Member Excellence Prize at the All Pottery Exhibition, and nominated for the Board of Directors.
2010 The 25th National Cultural Festival Art Exhibition, Ceramics Division, Minister of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology Award
2013 Japan Traditional Crafts Chugoku Branch Exhibition, Sanyo Broadcasting System Award
2014 Awarded Excellence Prize, Tabe Museum of Art “Forms of Tea Ceremony” Exhibition
