Born in Kanazawa City. In 1980, she opened her own kiln in Jindai-ji temple, Tokyo. Received the Kyoto Mayor’s Prize and the Minister of Education’s Prize at the Women’s Ceramic Art Exhibition, and is a member of the exhibition. Selected for the Musashino Exhibition of Traditional Craft and others. First solo exhibition at Gaku Gallery in Kunitachi City. Solo exhibitions at Denenchofu Doraku Gallery, Mejiro Chigusa Gallery and others. Mainly works with white porcelain and ash glaze.
