Her pen name is Toshi. Studied under Karasugi Toko. She participated in the founding of the Toko-kai in 1969, and won the Grand Prize at the Toko-kai National Exhibition, distinguished service award, the Minister of Education Award, and was in charge of liaison with the board. She has been awarded the Holbein Prize at the Sanki-kai Exhibition, the Associate Member’s Prize, the Sanki-kai Prize, the Committee Member’s Effort Prize, the Nikkei Newspaper Prize, and has served as a councilor and judge. Participated in Kousai-kai and Kanagawa Modern Art Exhibition.
