His bussiness is Hakuzan. Born in Inbe. Dropped out of Chuo University. Studied under Namba Akira in 1975. In 1976, he established his own kiln in Inbe, Bizen City. Studied at the Ceramics Center to learn the basics in 1978. Selected for the Okayama Prefectural Exhibition. He is good at making jars and urns with high-fired unglazed ceramics and scorched surface coloring.
