Visiting professor at Aichi University of Arts. Received the first Good Design Award. Kunii Prize of the Craft Foundation. Mainichi Industrial Design Award. Gold Prize at the Faenza Ceramics Exhibition. Gold Prize at the Valencia International Industrial Design Exhibition. Member of the Japan Design Committee.
