Graduated from the ceramics department of Komatsu Vocational Training Institute in 1955. Studied under Tokuda Yasokichi, the current head of the family, and received the title of “Kokichi” in 1968. Awarded prizes at the Nitten Issuikai Exhibition, the Contemporary Art Exhibition, the Asian Art Exhibition, and others, and is a member of Asian Art. Created in the style of Kutani and othaers.
